Program questionnaire data: Company name, location, industry type, equipment list, energy sources, and employee counts that you submit to generate a LOTO program. This information is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for processing.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive your email address and Stripe customer ID when you complete a purchase.

Usage data: We log IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Anthropic (Claude API) — processes your questionnaire inputs to generate program content. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Stripe — handles all payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Supabase — stores program generation logs.
Sentry — captures application errors for debugging.

4. Data Retention

Program generation records are retained for business purposes. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. You may request deletion of personal data by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel. We implement rate limiting and input validation to protect against abuse.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
