Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OSHA LOTO Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OSHA LOTO Pro is an automated software tool that uses AI to generate customized Lockout/Tagout written programs based on information you provide about your company and equipment. Generated programs are intended to assist with 29 CFR 1910.147 compliance documentation.

3. Not Legal or Safety Advice

Generated programs are provided for informational and template purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice, professional safety consulting, or a guarantee of OSHA compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any safety program you implement meets all applicable OSHA standards, local regulations, and site-specific conditions. We strongly recommend review by a qualified safety professional before use.

4. Accuracy of Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate safety program content based on your inputs. Generated content may not reflect all equipment-specific requirements, site hazards, or recent regulatory changes. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all generated programs before use.

5. Payment Terms

One-time programs: Charged at the time of purchase. No refunds after the PDF has been generated and downloaded.

Subscriptions: Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

First-month discount: Any promotional coupon applies to the first billing cycle only.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final once a program has been generated. If a technical error prevents you from receiving a program you paid for, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

7. User Data and Privacy

Information you provide is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate your program. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSHA LOTO Pro shall not be liable for any OSHA citations, workplace injuries, penalties, or regulatory actions arising from use of or reliance on the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not submit false information, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, use automated bots to abuse the API, or resell generated programs as your own product without authorization.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
